Naturopathy is a unique system of treatment and healthcare that supports the body's innate ability to heal and rectify itself through structural therapies such as massage, Osteopathy, Myofascial therapy, Somato-visceral therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) , fasting, colonic hydrotherapy, dietetics, detoxification protocols, and exercise. By employing the above mentioned therapies, balance and well being can be restored to Patient.

The principles of Naturopathy were established around 400BC by Hippocrates, he believed in looking at the patient holistically and he used the healing abilities of nature to cure the patient.
Hippocrates beautifully said "health is the expression of a harmonious balance between various components of a man's nature, the environment and ways of life"
