For any undamaged product or unopened product simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: damaged, opened products or products with a broken seal on the lid.

Orders received will be processed within 2 working days. If a product is out of stock, you will be informed and offered an alternative replacement.

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed and processed. We will only ship to the address provided at the checkout. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We require on average 1 –2 business days to fulfil your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays or due to a scarcity of stock. The shipping times mentioned above do not take into account the fulfillment period. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed
