Group consultation with Duncan, with diet plan and report
Service Description
A group consultation utilising iridology, naturopathy, homeopathy and homotoxicology. Our holistic approach of assessing each participant's health condition, is catered to each individual patient and focuses on providing solutions with empirical to evidence-based herbal medicine. Consultation inclusive of a personalised diet plan and health report for each participant. Payment Information: For in-person group consultations a deposit of £50 will be required prior to the appointment. The remaining consultation fee and cost of any formulae will be paid by cash, card or bank transfer at the end of the appointment. For online consultations the full cost of the appointment is payable prior to the appointment. Any herbal formulae prepared will only be posted once payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required, if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment. And no cancellation fee will be charged in this case. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in losing your deposit. If no deposit was paid, a late cancellation fee of £25 would be due. If you fail to attend your appointment without any notification (no show) then you will be invoiced for the full consultation fee which will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made. These terms and conditions are in place to cover my expenses as well as time spent preparing and analysing your medical results and your medical history prior to your appointment.
